Action Plan following patient consultation questionnaires

  •  Patients are advised that they may wish to park in the neighbouring streets in the event of spaces in the car park being limited at particularly busy periods.
  • The clinic directors have actively encouraged staff and doctors to give consideration to parking in adjacent streets to leave more parking spaces free for patients’ use.
  • Size and orientation of signs are constrained by planning restrictions. However new more visible signs have now been put in place and thanks to environmental adjustments we have improved clarity and recognition from the road.
