Dr Judith O’Neill is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Primary Mental Health Care working in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. She trained locally, studying Medicine at Queen’s University Belfast and previously held a post as Liaison Psychiatrist to Craigavon Area Hospital where she was instrumental in leading the development of the Liaison service. Currently, she provides clinical leadership to the Primary Mental health Care Team in the Armagh & Dungannon locality. She is particularly interested in forging close working relationships with primary care colleagues, to influence prescribing and improve treatment outcomes for patients. Dr O’Neill is experienced in treating all common mental health conditions and provides a medico-legal service.
