Action Plan following patient consultation questionnaires

  • Patients are advised that they may wish to park in the neighbouring streets in the event of spaces in the car park being limited at particularly busy periods.
  • The clinic directors have requested staff and doctors to give consideration to parking in neighbouring streets to leave more parking spaces free for patients’ use.
  • We feel the current price for tea/coffee/hot chocolate is reasonable in view of the fact the price has not increased in the past eighteen years since the opening of the clinic, and despite the increasing cost of supplies/utilities.
