  • Always a spot.

  • Music in waiting area is essential as conversation from consultation room is audible.

Action Plan following patient consultation questionnaires

  • Patients are advised that they may wish to park in the neighbouring streets in the event of spaces in the car park being limited at particularly busy periods.
  • The clinic directors have requested staff and doctors to give consideration to parking in neighbouring streets to leave more parking spaces free for patients’ use.
